Members gather for breakfast, connection, and a featured presenter. It is a time to engage with one another, stay informed on what is happening locally and globally, and continue building relationships that extend beyond the meeting. That consistency is what allows Rotary to maintain momentum and deliver results year after year.
The Four Way Test
At the heart of everything Rotary does is a guiding principle known as the Four Way Test. It asks four simple questions: Is it the truth. Is it fair to all concerned. Will it build goodwill and better friendships. Will it be beneficial to all concerned. These questions provide a framework for how members approach not only service, but also business and life.
